• Defective product must be notified to our customer care department within 24 hours of product received.

• All Products have Check Warranty

• Disclaimer: Herbal medicines and supplement products aren’t always intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or save you from any disease. All records is for RMP only. All Claims are based totally on customer remarks and testimonials. Results may additionally vary from person to person.

• During warranty period, product will be repaired; under circumstances if product cannot be repaired it will be replaced depending on stock availability.

• Warranty is void if product is tempered with or repair attempted at customer end, prior to receipt at MdmShopping.com warehouse.

• Warranty is void if product is not used as per manual / instruction provided by the company.

• Repair request is not entertained after expiry of warranty period.

• We are not responsible for replacement of product if it is mishandled due to negligence at customer end.

• There is no policy of full refund money but the product can be repaired or replaced.

• For repair / replacement under warranty, product must be delivered to our warehouse at customer’s end.

• In case of returning of product to us by any reason, 30% charges will be deducted from Net Amount after deducting delivery charges.
